With over 35 years of experience in industrial maintenance, Terrance Atwood ensures Dance It Forward operates safely and smoothly every day. In addition to his duties as Operations Director, he oversees the care and upkeep of the center's facility managing technical systems, coordinating issues, and supporting the building needs that allow all programming to flourish. He is employed by INA in security all the while and is sure to keep the dancers safe!

Beyond his position at Dance It Forward, Terrance is also a passionate artist. A talented vocalist and lead guitarist, he often shares music with our community blending his creative side with his dedication to sustaining the arts environment. His dual role bridges the practical and the artistic, helping bring the organization’s mission to life both behind the scenes and through personal expression.
